Hi all - I am writing to share some observations I have in order to determine if they are just plain wrong, or worthy of addressing. Been invested in HOGE since day 3 and really want the whole ecosystem to succeed. That said, please don’t take my comments as FUD, whining, or a lack of appreciation for those of you that have significantly shoveled this whole year.

Full disclosure: I fall in the category of HOGE holders whose shovel grabbing is limited to doing my part to shill on socials, getting co-workers, friends and family to invest, etc. Small stuff compared to all the hard core dev, marketing, legal wrangling, relationship building, top 5 negotiating, etc. The stuff you all have done without compensation is amazing and truly appreciated.

So again, I’m not complaining - just wanting to share an observation or two in order to help the cause in whatever way I can.

Observation # 1
A DECENTRALiZED APPROACH TO CRYPTO ECOSYSTEMS IS TOO COMPLEX AND DIFFICULT FOR MOST INVESTORS IN THIS SPACE TO GRASP

Most holders seem to look for a core team to tell them what they either need to hear or want to hear. They want to be led. The concept of “community” to them does not mean doing much more than the light-weight shilling I have done, and making friendly connections via Reddit and Telegram. When folks say “I love this community” (at least in other tokens), they are not talking about how we can all be devs and can contribute substantially.

In short, the potential for conflicting expectations between those who do the work and those who simply invest is huge.

Observation #2
THIS EVOLVING DISCONNECT IS CAUSING HUGE NEGATIVITY AND DRIVING POTENTIAL NEW HOLDERS AWAY.

When holders who do NOT do their research to grasp how different HOGE is and post uneducated questions - or even FUD - they are operating from a lack of information and an incorrect understanding of what they are investing in. Yes, that is on them, but that does not stop them from posting incorrect / negative information. Unfortunately, yet understandably, the response from those who have done the heavy lifting is at times sarcastic, negative, and reactionary.

Absent responses that are founded in trying to educate or help, at least in the official Telegram, has resulted in a long running, fully documented history of disconnect, negativity and perceived lack of direction. This toxic space, unfortunately, is where most new potential investors start their research. In the end, this is wholly unfair to those that have done all the heavy lifting.

In short, the official Telegram in particular reads like the holders are pissed at the ‘devs’ and the ‘devs’ are pissed at the holders for not being appreciative or knowledgeable. Consequently, a core tenet of HOGE - “WE ARE ALL DEVS” - is now perceived negatively.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS (assuming you feel the observations above are valid).

1. If HOGE is too big and complex for most holders and we do not want their lack of understanding to FUD our bags, can we come up with a simplified, yet comprehensive, summary of what HOGE is exactly at any point in time? There are several iterations of this already, but perhaps we can have the same summary persistently PINNED across all points of engagement (TG, REDDIT, HOGE NATION, DISCORD, TWITTER, ??).

I know folks I have introduced to HOGE are confused about the DAO vs the Association vs the Leadership vs an aerospace institute, let alone EGOH and any other new extensions to the ecosystem.

2. Accompanying the pinned summary is another PINNED message: FAQS - providing more detailed information than the summary.

3. Identify and reinforce a central place to go for all the gory details about what comprises “THE ECOSYSTEM”. We have a ton of great resources from nation.hoge.finance to Hoge.finance. The new DAO and review processes will assist with this framework, but being able to direct someone to a single page that reflects all the HOGE tentacles would help. If this exist, apologies for not seeing it, but what a great link to include in the aforementioned PINNED posts.

4. If those who have been doxxed and the other formal or informal leaders who have stepped up are needing / wanting to step back, can there be a post detailing that desire, explains what role they played and openly solicit for someone to fill that role going forward?

Again, these are some suggestions I am throwing out there - please don’t think I undervalue the AMAs or any other attempts to address the above. YES , I could ‘grab the shovel’ and spin up a web page that does a lot of what I propose. Or throw some posts out there and ask that they be pinned. We are all devs, right? But I don’t want to do that if it is redundant. More importantly, I am not certain I have my head around all the things going on!

I’ll conclude with this:
I agree that the decentralized approach to building a HOGE ecosystem is a brilliant strategy and will evoke many new use cases, opportunities, and growth. Unfortunately, it is seemingly ahead of its time for most investors who are used to a simple, coordinated, spoon fed approach to what is going on and what is going to happen. Their money is just as good as mine & I want them to feel comfortable investing in HOGE like I have. Even the pump and dumpers add volume. ;-)

TLDR:
In short, what I am proposing is a touch more centralization of the messaging and communication, done with an attitude of help and education - not the resentment and exhaustion I see trending.

Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute was founded in 26.07.1974.The name Abdulla Kadiriy was given on the basis of the decision of the Regional Council of Deputies of the Republic in 21.12.1989.

Today, 524 professors and teachers work at Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute. 19 of them are Doctors of Science and DSCs, 130 Candidates of Science and PhDs. The scientific potential is 27%, and today the Institute has 10 Faculties and 32 Departments. The average age of professors and teachers is 44 years.

Besides, 27 bachelor directions (daytime) more than 8000 thousand and 11 bachelor directions (correspondence) 3361 students, 291 undergraduates of 18 Master Degree specialists, 9 base Doctoral students in 7 specialties and 10 Independent Researchers are studying at the University.

In the last 3 years 3 textbooks, 25 monographs and 33 educational and methodological manuals were published at the Institute. In 2017, 4 Doctors (1 DSc and 3 PhDs), in 2018 14 doctors (2 DSCs and 12 PhDs) and in 2019 22 doctors (2 DSCs and 20 PhDs) were trained.

In 2017, 5 people, in 2018, 1 person and in 2019, 6 winners of Republican Olympiads of science, 9 honored students, holders of “Brave son” and State Awards named after “Zulfiya” were prepared at this Institute . At present, 700 million sums of Innovative Projects are being implemented for 2019-2020. Research work is being carried out with 4 Research institutes and 5 Production Enterprises (55 mln.).

The Institute pays great attention to International Cooperation. In particular, totally 16 international agreements were signed with Moscow State Pedagogical University, Bashkortostan State Pedagogical University, Bashkortostan State University, Russian Nuclear Research Scientific Center, Norwich (Great Britain), Shimkent University, INSHEA, Baranovichi State University, Tula State Pedagogical University, Taraz State Pedagogical Institute (Kazakhstan), St. Petersburg Botanical Research Institutes.

At the same time, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute has acquired a new and modern appearance .

According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further development of the Higher Education System” dated to 20.04.2017 № PP-2909 and № PP-3507, reconstruction works were carried out in the main educational building located in the territory of Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute located in Sharaf Rashidov street of Jizzakh city. In total, construction and repair work amounted to 47.301 billion soums.

Reconstruction of the main educational building of Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute, as well as the the design of the “Palace of Culture” building for capital repair, was prepared by “ARCHSTROY–PROJECT PLUS” LLC.

Reconstruction and overhaul work was carried out by the contract enterprise of “Global Trans Construction Assembly” LLC on the basis of the order of the only customer engineering company under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education.

Observation 1: Instead of blaming a core group of individuals for decisions that was made. The Association made the brand open and empowers anyone to build what they want. This was directly tied because of the actions of the community.

Observation 2: The quickest way to get rid of a non paid/volunteer dev is to harass them. Bonus, the person doing the harassing hasn’t volunteered or contributed to the project.
